Service Cashier
Our Service Department is seeking a cashier/phone operator/appointment setter. Applicants must have a professional appearance, great communication skills and computer proficiency. Applicants should be passionate towards providing excellent customer service. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone promptly
- Schedule appointments
- Greet customers in a professional manner
- Answer customers' questions
- Direct calls to appropriate parties
- Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties
- Receive and process payments from customers
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Remain knowledgeable of products and services provided by our Parts & Service Department
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and respect
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Ability to operate computers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work a switchboard
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Responsible with money
- High attention to detail
- Good driving record and valid Driver's License are required
