We are growing rapidly and are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, interacting with customers by taking orders, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and selling products and services to existing customers. We need someone who has excellent computer skills and is well-versed in Microsoft 365. You should be self-sufficient and able to support the whole team. A strong background in customer service is required, as we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
· Collects, enters orders for new or additional products or services including billing data.
· Utilizes customer contact to sell additional/enhanced products, services, and events, when possible.
· Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate team member.
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills including active listening.
· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
· Excellent computer skills
· Well-versed in Microsoft 365
· Multi-tasking
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2 years of Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
