In this position, you will directly support clients by coordinating all tasks and activities related to their accounts. You will be in charge of ensuring that clients' requests are documented and completed in a timely manner, and you will be responsible for ensuring that clients' needs are met. The ideal candidate for this position has experience interacting with different types of clients and uses their skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The ability to track several items at once and attention to detail are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Quoting and writing insurance policies for customers.
