Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of legal experience to join their esteemed Construction practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and will work closely with partners and associates on complex transactional and litigation matters. Responsibilities include handling construction agreements (including AIA platform), development and design agreements, and construction-related disputes such as defects and delays.
Key duties will involve performing due diligence, conducting general research, assisting with drafting and negotiating real property development documents, and contributing to the management of complex transactional matters. The associate will also support construction-related disputes in arbitration and litigation, and generally assist with various tasks within the practice.
