Key responsibilities include leading the Strategic Growth and Lateral Partner Recruiting Committee, facilitating seamless integration for new hires, and mentoring the recruiting team. The role also involves executing DEI recruitment initiatives in partnership with the DEI team, analyzing hiring trends, and enhancing employer branding through partnerships with law schools and professional organizations. Additionally, the Director will oversee the recruitment budget and optimize the candidate experience.
Candidates should have at least eight years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm, with five years in management. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a JD or advanced degree preferred.
