Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in securities litigation, with strong skills in research, Bluebooking, and document preparation. The position demands excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility for overtime and hybrid work is required, with three days in-office weekly.
