Responsibilities include preparing and revising real estate closing documents, reviewing due diligence materials, preparing title and survey comments, coordinating with title companies and surveyors, and handling searches related to pending suits, judgments, tax liens, and UCCs. The paralegal will also prepare closing instruction letters, coordinate document signing, and attend closings.
