We are a growing home improvement company looking for Experienced Call Center Representatives to answer inbound and make outbound calls. All of our leads are pre screened and very interested!
The successful candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, be a good listener, be dependable, reliable and goal-oriented. Must have reliable transportation, flexible availability (including days, nights, weekends and event staffing) and a positive attitude. Cold Calling experience also welcome!

We are hiring part time for mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and event staffing, as well as some full time shifts. Hours can be discussed further in interviews. This is not a remote position.
Interviews will be held immediately.
Training starts immediately!!
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, relay information properly
- Set appointments and handle customer inquiries and concerns while providing excellent customer service
- Various office duties
Skills
- Call Center or Inside Sales Experience Required
- Customer Support Experience Required
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Experience using CRM systems a plus but willing to train the right people with computer skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, set priorities and manage time effectively

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
