Home Improvement Sales Representative

C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. has immediate openings for experienced Sales Professionals to provide home improvement solutions for homeowners in the Syracuse and Central New York market. You will be responsible for improving clients’ homes by providing product recommendations and estimates on the highest quality Bathroom Remodeling products in the industry. We have one of the strongest on-line performance reputations in Central New York, with over hundreds of customer testimonials locally that supports our quality and exceptional customer satisfaction mission. C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. has achieved industry recognition and numerous awards for our projects and workmanship in the Syracuse area.

We are looking for independent Sales Professionals to increase our revenue and profitability through direct sales to homeowners. Using innovative technology for effective lead management and quoting, the Sales Representative will design comprehensive quotes and work the sales cycle including cultivating relationships, conducting in-home presentations, closing sales, and follow-up with all prospects.

We provide highly qualified preset appointments (No Cold Calling) to our sales professionals. We provide comprehensive in-person training to learn the Home Improvement Industry and products.

Requirements

· Sales experience preferred but not required

· General construction knowledge a plus but not required

· Ability to be part of the team and lead by example

· Time management skills

· Basic technological aptitude

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Weeknight and Weekend availability

· Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

· Commission Based with unlimited earnings with no cap

Pay: $75,000 - $175,000 per year

First Year OTE: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

2 Years OTE: $100,000 per year (top performers exceeding $150,000 )

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission
