You are a solutions-driven professional passionate about seamless system connectivity and next-level data integration. You enjoy solving complex challenges and bringing innovative ideas to life through technology. At C&N, we’re looking for an experienced Integration Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to drive impactful change. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping how our data, applications, and third-party tools work together, creating powerful connections that support strategic business goals, boost operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within 50 miles of a C&N branch location to accommodate occasional on-site meetings, trainings, or team collaboration.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing integration strategies by gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying efficiency opportunities, and building scalable flows using APIs, databases, and file-based solutions.
  2. Managing integration projects end-to-end, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and documentation of integration processes and prototypes.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with business needs and leverage best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  4. Contributing to vendor and tool selection, conducting research, evaluating options, and ensuring employee perspectives are included in the decision-making process.
  5. Fostering a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve shared goals.

    Requirements:

    Education & Experience – You will need a Bachelor’s degree AND 3-5 years of previous related experience in systems integration, development, or related IT field and/or training.

    Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

    • Boomi preferred; other integration platforms considered; SQL; Oracle, MS SQL Server, Snowflake; REST, SOAP; SAML, Okta; AWS.
