At C&N, we’re looking for an experienced Integration Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to drive impactful change. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping how our data, applications, and third-party tools work together, creating powerful connections that support strategic business goals, boost operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within 50 miles of a C&N branch location to accommodate occasional on-site meetings, trainings, or team collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing integration strategies by gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying efficiency opportunities, and building scalable flows using APIs, databases, and file-based solutions.
- Managing integration projects end-to-end, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and documentation of integration processes and prototypes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with business needs and leverage best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contributing to vendor and tool selection, conducting research, evaluating options, and ensuring employee perspectives are included in the decision-making process.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
Education & Experience – You will need a Bachelor’s degree AND 3-5 years of previous related experience in systems integration, development, or related IT field and/or training.
Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
- Boomi preferred; other integration platforms considered; SQL; Oracle, MS SQL Server, Snowflake; REST, SOAP; SAML, Okta; AWS.
