Retail Branch Supervisor for Customer Engagement

We're seeking a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team as a Community Office Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily branch opening, closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities.
2. Develop and maintain banking relationships with potential clients, existing customers, and community organizations.
3. Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel to maximize productivity, efficiency, and individual potential.
4. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

Requirements
You will need an associate's degree in a related field and 2-4 years previous related sales and management experience in a banking environment or related sales field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
