Duties

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being of each child.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to first aid protocols and ensuring proper supervision during activities.
- Assist in organizing events such as theater productions or community service projects that enhance youth engagement.
Skills
- Experience working with children or adolescents in settings such as camps, childcare, or tutoring environments.
- Background in special education or counseling is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with youth and their families.

- Knowledge of first aid practices to ensure the safety of all participants.
