What are the responsibilities and job description for the Documentation and Training Coordinator position at CNH Industrial?
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to establish and maintain procedures (SOP’s & OPL’s) for the NA Depot Network Operation including but not limited to all operational processes, inventory, and quality.
- Evaluate and develop training processes to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Determines how new information technologies can support business processes.
- Apply project management techniques including : scope definition, creating project and execution of schedule, and facilitate operational handoff upon project completion.
- Travel and Train Depot Training Resources as needed
- Continuous development and maintaining of training app to ensure consistent use and application across all NA depots.
- Facilitate meetings with NA depots on documentation and training related issues.
- Other related duties as assigned.
