- Performs initial training for production team members on all shifts.
- Update training materials to align with changes in processes, equipment, or regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and classroom-based instruction for new team members using visual work instructions.
- Engage team members in safety protocols, technical skills, and continuous improvement initiatives through hands-on collaboration.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Monitor team member progress and provide feedback to them and management.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions.
- Collaborate with HR and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of production operations or able to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
- Servant leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead others.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and related software.
- Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities.
