Job Summary
- Develops and delivers training presentations and updates training materials and resources to address common problems / issues and educate on new information in area of expertise.
- Assists in identifying the need for training documentation for users based on skills and knowledge analysis.
- Ensures adherence to accessibility standards and / or universal design principals in presentations and documentation.
- Assists in reporting on success of training services.
- Keeps department informed of trends and training / education opportunities.
- May act as lead for junior and hourly training staff.

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
Some travel is required.
Additional Information
This position is grant funded with expected annual renewals. Renewals are contingent on the availability of grant funds.
