Legal and Data Privacy Intern

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to IT and Technology groups in North America, which include reviewing and participating in the negotiation of contracts
  • Draft and review data processing agreements and help to draft guidance on other privacy issues
  • Conduct legal research and monitor requirements, trends and developments related to data (including telematics and personal data)
  • Assist in the data privacy program administration, including data inventory and mapping
  • Provide support in general compliance work

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must be pursuing a law degree, actively in law school in 1st or 2nd year of law school

    • This position will pay between $18-$35 / hour.
