C-P Flexible Packaging is looking for a Parts Room Clerk for our Maintenance Department

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Perform data entry and administrative work as required
Build the inventory in the current work order system with part identification / location
Call upon vendors / service providers as required to identify the necessary parts and services for breakdowns / services / or fulfilling min / max obligations
Manage the parts inventory and reorder parts
Entering new parts into the inventory system with all the necessary details
Complete daily and weekly cycle counts
Lead yearly cycle counts of all parts
Following up on ordered parts until received into the facility
Identify opportunities to save on costs - parts / services
Inspect incoming parts for completeness of order and condition when received
Aid in preparing for all PM's by having all the needed parts identified allocated to the PM and stored where the maintenance techs have easy access to them
Receive all parts into inventory / file all paperwork / store all parts in their designated areas
Track the usage of all parts ensuring FIFO on regularly used parts
Meet with all vendors when they arrive on site to ensure they follow all Personal and Food Safety Guidelines with the facility
Manage all warranty repairs for items / obtaining RMAs as required
Evaluate all completed work orders and ensure parts removed from the storeroom have been assigned to the correct workorders
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package software is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of information to Company and Federal standards.
Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
Must be dependable and work within Company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions :
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of times. (consistently)
Must be able to move and lift up to 80 lbs. (intermittently)
Must be able to work at heights requiring a ladder (intermittently)
Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment if in the production areas
