Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be on driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish language is a plus
- Adheres to all standard operating procedures, policies and Best Methods
- Responsible for cash handling procedures.
- Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers

- Processes balloon orders is a must.
- Handles Personalization and custom orders
- Authorizes register functions including post voids, returns and associate discounts
Reviews and responsible for all corporate communications applicable to their assigned zone
- Assists in merchandising procedures
- Sets and maintains plan-o-grams and other merchandise directives
- Assists with execution of company data integrity process
- Reviews and understands financial data to support driving profitable sales
- Assists in receiving and stocking procedures
- Checks in shipments
- Stages merchandise for the sales floor
- Works out merchandise
- Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room as well as the party room
This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the General Manager, as dictated by store needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Familiarity with stock management processes is a plus.
- Bilingual SPANISH candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in serving a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members alike.

Pay: $17.56 - $18.21 per hour
