We are currently seeking either full time or part time team member to be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
Handle Incoming Calls
Process customer inquiries and policy changes
Document client contact and conversations
Review policy renewals
Provide renewal options and recommendations to customers
Responsible to update renewals and new business issue
Follow up on customer billing and cancellations
Develop and identify cross sell opportunities with each customer
Thoroughly understand and follow underwriting guidelines, rating and compliance requirements
Assist customers thru claims process
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
Prior insurance agency experience with a 440 or 220 Insurance License.
Upbeat, Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Proficient in multi tasking and follow up
Must have sense of urgency and be resourceful
Excellent Communication Skills, Phone Skills and Typing Skills
Ability to navigate multiple websites
Provide amazing customer service to our new and existing clients
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
