Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Receive and distribute communications

- Handle payroll, health insurance oversight, employee records, insurance needs, communication with vendors, data oversight and distribution and various other responsibilities to support the organization.

- Copy and store important documents and records.

- Provide office communication support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages

- Handle minor HR issues with the assistance of the leadership team

- Maintain office equipment by completing preventative maintenance, trouble shooting failures.

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

- Work one shift on Mondays and a second shift on Wednesday or Thursday weekly.

- Basic Office Skills

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Microsoft Office software skills

- Scheduling and meeting planning

- Telephone skills

- Documentation and record keeping skills

- Attention and detail

- Dependability and professionalism

- Administrative writing and reporting skills

- QuickBooks Experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
