We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Accounting Office Assistant to join our team at a unique therapy practice dedicated to improving lives. This dual-focused role combines human resources and accounting responsibilities, offering an opportunity to contribute to both operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. HR/Accounting Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, onboarding, and benefits enrollment.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Prepare financial and HR reports as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational processes and support team development.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR and accounting activities.

HR/Accounting Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in QuickBooks Online preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or Paychex).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
