Key Responsibilities :
- Work with the Board to provide strategic direction and ensure the efficient delivery of services.
- Oversee daily operations, including meal production, program management, and human resources.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, fundraising, and fiscal health.
- Represent MOWS in the community, building relationships with donors, partners, and funders.
