What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Create and manage job postings while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and hiring initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including employee relations and compliance efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and experience in the construction industry are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
