What You’ll Get to Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in developing new prospects and nurturing existing customer relationships primarily through phone interactions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a vital member of our sales team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.

Job responsibilities include:
- Engage with Customers: Communicate with customers by making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads.
- Identify Opportunities: Assess customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Research & Connect: Utilize various channels, including online searches and social media, to identify and connect with potential customers.
- Build Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers to generate sales and ensure a positive experience.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Follow Up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in an outbound call center. Experience in the glass and glazing industry is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
