What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years in warehouse distribution, including 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a B2B service/distribution center.
- Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Competencies: Expertise in coaching, decision-making, driving results, business acumen, resilience, and building relationships.
