The primary objective of a Customer Service and Data Entry Clerk is to provide customer service and daily data entry with multiple additional tasks while using professional customer service skills.
This position is within the Billing Department and interacting with customers and employees. Experience working in medical billing and familiarity with medical terminology and/or transportation field is a plus but not required.
Job Functions:
- Assist Customers as needed via telephone and email.
- Book transportation in computer system
- Perform clerical functions, data entry, and filing
- Learn all aspects of billing for all Company Divisions
- Learn computer software and billing programs
- Communicating with drivers
- Perform other duties as needed

- Must be willing to learn and perform other tasks as needed
- Must be willing to cross train with other departments
- Must be comfortable using the telephone and all other office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for an extended period of time.
