As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary role will be to manage and organize documentation, assist in the printing of tax returns, and provide customer service to walk-in clients.Responsibilities:• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.• Handle the printing of tax returns following company procedures.• Maintain and organize documentation for easy retrieval and reference.• Provide a welcoming environment and service to walk-in clients.• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.• Use your 10 Key Skills to perform calculations as needed.• Utilize email correspondence to communicate effectively with team members and clients.• Scan and digitally file documents in the appropriate system.• Typing tasks as required in the course of your duties.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
