Our firm is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our client base, forge strategic partnerships, and promote our immigration services. What You'll Do:


πŸ” Research & Identify Prospects – Explore new opportunities by identifying potential clients within target industries, demographics, and regions.


πŸ“ž Build & Maintain a Pipeline – Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.


🌐 Leverage Networking – Use social media, networking events, and industry associations to connect with key decision-makers and foster growth.


πŸ“Š Analyze Market Trends – Stay on top of industry shifts and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.


πŸ’Ό Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with sales, marketing, and legal teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans.


πŸ“ Create Compelling Proposals – Design presentations, proposals, and collateral to effectively communicate the firm's value and services.


🌍 Represent the Firm – Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to grow the firm's presence and create lasting connections.

What You Bring:


βœ… 3 Years of Business Development, Sales, or Client Management Experience – Proven track record in driving growth and establishing relationships.


βœ… Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Essential for communicating with diverse clients and communities.


βœ… Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to present effectively and build lasting partnerships.


βœ… Leadership & Time Management – Take initiative and manage multiple tasks with a focus on results.


βœ… Proficient in MS Office Suite & Google Suite – Comfortable with digital tools for communication and reporting.


βœ… Willingness to Travel – Regular travel required to attend events, meetings, and networking opportunities.


βœ… Experience in Legal or Immigration Services – A plus, but not required.
