What You'll Do:
π Research & Identify Prospects β Explore new opportunities by identifying potential clients within target industries, demographics, and regions.
π Build & Maintain a Pipeline β Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
π Leverage Networking β Use social media, networking events, and industry associations to connect with key decision-makers and foster growth.
π Analyze Market Trends β Stay on top of industry shifts and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
πΌ Collaborate with Teams β Work closely with sales, marketing, and legal teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
π Create Compelling Proposals β Design presentations, proposals, and collateral to effectively communicate the firm's value and services.
π Represent the Firm β Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to grow the firm's presence and create lasting connections.
π Report Progress β Track lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to help guide decision-making and strategy.
What You Bring:
β 3 Years of Business Development, Sales, or Client Management Experience β Proven track record in driving growth and establishing relationships.
β Bilingual (English/Spanish) β Essential for communicating with diverse clients and communities.
β Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills β Ability to present effectively and build lasting partnerships.
β Leadership & Time Management β Take initiative and manage multiple tasks with a focus on results.
β Proficient in MS Office Suite & Google Suite β Comfortable with digital tools for communication and reporting.
β Willingness to Travel β Regular travel required to attend events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
β Experience in Legal or Immigration Services β A plus, but not required.
