๐ฅ What Youโll Do:
๐ Identify New Opportunities โ Research and engage potential clients, partners, and referral sources across diverse communities.
๐ Build & Maintain a Robust Pipeline โ Reach out via calls, emails, meetings, and events. Youโll be the face and voice of the firm.
๐ค Speak Publicly & Represent the Brand โ Deliver presentations, host information sessions, and be interviewed by radio, TV, podcasts, and community organizations. You must be comfortable with a microphone and a camera.
๐ Attend Events, Trade Shows, and Community Fairs โ Rain or shine, cold or heat, you'll be out engaging the public and representing the mission.
๐ค Network Broadly โ Connect with law firms, nonprofits, shelters, correctional facilities, advocacy groups, and more to build trust and collaboration.
๐ Monitor Trends & Strategic Opportunities โ Stay sharp on industry shifts, immigration policy updates, and competitor activity.
๐ผ Collaborate Across Teams โ Align with legal, marketing, and outreach teams to bring campaigns and strategies to life.
๐งณ Travel Regularly โ Be ready to hit the road for events, meetings, and media engagements across the region.
๐ Track & Report Progress โ Keep tabs on engagement, outreach metrics, and conversion trends.
โ What You Bring:
โ๏ธ 3 Years of Business Development, Sales, or Outreach Experience โ You know how to build relationships and drive results.
โ๏ธ Bilingual (English/Spanish) โ Non-negotiable. Youโll be speaking to diverse communities every day.
โ๏ธ Public Speaking Skills & Media Savvy โ You are NOT camera-shy and can speak confidently to crowds or on-air.
โ๏ธ People-First Mindset โ Youโre empathetic, approachable, and community-focused.
โ๏ธ Organized & Self-Motivated โ You manage your time well and thrive independently.
โ๏ธ Tech Comfortable โ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
โ๏ธ Legal or Immigration Experience โ A big plus, but not required.
โ๏ธ Weather-Ready & Physically Resilient โ Youโre comfortable working events in heat, cold, or rain.
