Seeking a full-time Property/Project Manager for a boutique luxury home & lifestyle management firm located in Blowing Rock. Our company caters to HNW & UNHW individuals, supporting them in all aspects of their life and meticulously maintaining their properties. We strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients through detail-oriented care, communication, and personalized services.
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a number of private second homes (non-rental). The candidate will deal directly with the homeowner ensuring their requests and needs are attended to. This individual will also be responsible for helping coordinate/manage projects outside of their client portfolio.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to –
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in all aspects of property care
- Interact with property owners in a professional and approachable manner
- Coordinate and manage repairs, building, and landscaping work performed by vendors
- Conduct periodic walk-throughs and inspections of the interior and exterior of the home
- Be hands-on and open to various tasks
- Perform scheduled indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Maintain detailed project and maintenance lists
- Regularly inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all property systems (HVAC/Mechanical Systems, Smart Home Technology, Etc.)
- Liaise with Administrative Coordinator regarding all client communications, needs, or changes.
- Manage internal calendar updates, emails, and texts efficiently
- Work closely with the property owners on special projects and requests
- Purchase materials and supplies necessary to perform maintenance and repair projects or special order requests from clients
- Ensure residence is guest ready and perform arrival & departure preparation
Requirements -
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Previous project management experience; including: developing scope of work, accepting estimates, vetting vendors, and supervising work
- Possess basic repair/handyman skills (advanced handyman skills a plus)
- Polished presentation, enthusiastic, and positive disposition
- Well spoken, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be willing to access roofs, attic areas, crawl spaces, etc.
- Possess a thorough understanding of property features, including mechanical operations (HVAC, hot water heaters, etc) and smart home technology
- Exceptional judgement in handling new situations, including collecting the right information to understand urgency and make decisions
- Flexible - able to change direction, as needed
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
