Job Description Earn $17.50 / hour 2nd Shift - Tuesday-Saturday 3 : 00 PM-11 : 30 PM Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail You will contribute by : Maintaining records on the destination, weight, and charges on all incoming and outgoing shipments Interacting with drivers at the clerk window on Performing data entry, labeling, and filing, generating import files, assisting with the tracking and expediting of freight, and freight and broker invoice auditing Ensuring the curacy of rate charges by verifying the classification of materials with the rate schedule Monitoring pending shipments related to the shipping schedules of purchases issued and updating the traffic record system Confirming the information, providing product information, resolving problems, determining the method of shipment and shipping items, and maintaining records Scanning or hand-entering information into a computer Creating bills of lading, shipment reports, and processing incoming and outgoing shipment record Maintaining records of overcharges and damages to goods in transit Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels We offer : Paid training provided Weekly Pay Benefits available from day 1 (medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401k) PTO and Holiday Pay offered Career Progression Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Employee Health & Wellness program Employee Discounts / Purchasing programs Employee Assistance Program Your work environment may include : Office about 65 - 75 We’re searching for candidates with : Strong planning and execution skills Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization Ability and willingness to follow all safety procedures and protocols Every person matters.
