As the Associate Account Manager, you will serve as a support to the broader Sales Team, assisting in the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. In partnership with the Account Manager, you will identify and escalate internal and external opportunities to improve day to day customer service and overall experience.Job Description

- Assist Account managers in relationship upkeep for accounts as assigned by leadership. Establishes and builds strong client relationships.
- Identifies target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and proposes solutions to leadership. Adheres to training content and transfer knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.
- Participates in special projects and programs as needed, including information technology projects including scope, spec, and integration testing for Customers and internal enhancements.
- Works closely with the Company's Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.
- Travel Required: Yes
