The Our Brands Sourcing Analyst provides critical analytical and project support to the company's private-label business. This role is responsible for managing competitive costs across the product assortment, conducting bid analysis, supporting supplier recommendations, and providing detailed reporting. The analyst will collaborate with sourcing managers, product managers, and vendors to drive operational and financial performance.

You will contribute by:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Gather, aggregate, and analyze data to support various sourcing and product management functions.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to management.
• Conduct financial performance analysis, including cost, margin, patronage, sales, service levels, and EBITDA.
• Bid Analysis & Supplier Collaboration:
• Manage competitive pricing evaluations and supplier bid assessments.
• Provide recommendations for supplier selection based on detailed cost and performance analysis.
• Project Participation:
• Lead or participate in special projects involving sourcing, pricing, vendor performance, and product management.
• Aggregate and analyze data for cross-functional initiatives to support business goals.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with sourcing managers, product managers, and private-label manufacturers to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to track and evaluate performance.

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Experience working with private-label or sourcing data is a plus.
• Understanding of vendor performance metrics and cost management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation, organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
• Other: Analytical mindset with attention to detail.; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Years Of Experience

• 2-5 : Related industry experience (wholesale or retail)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, or Finance) is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
