Construction Project Manager

C Squared Systems is currently seeking an enthusiastic Construction Project Manager with industry experience to join our high performing team of technology professionals. This position encompasses coordinating daily / weekly schedules for the field operations team to meet customer requests for new builds, repairs, and routine maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress.
• Deployment to the field is required.
• Develops, coordinates, and modifies schedules as needed.
• Consults with management to identify customer needs and coordinate project objectives.
• Manages projects that can include up to ten field technicians and engineers engaged simultaneously.
• Manages and coordinates with contractors as needed.
• Perform employee evaluations.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in similar role with project management experience.
• Excellent Project Management skills
• On call is required
• Frequent travel is required.
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required.
• This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Depending on the planned work, nights and weekends will be required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RF related experience is preferred.
