Field Refrigeration Technician
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour – Depending on experience - We will offer $5,000-$10,000 in relocation or signing bonus for the right candidate!

All Field Technicians will be provided with a fully loaded pick-up truck, uniforms, phone & laptop.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:00pm, Rare Overnight Travel Required
- Candidate Location: We will consider candidates within 75 miles of market location.
- Technicians must be willing to commute to regional warehouse locations weekly to replenish truck.

Preferred Candidate Background: We are seeking candidates with experience as a Carrier Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic or Thermo King Technician/Mechanic. The right candidates will have experience troubleshooting & repairing trailer refrigeration units.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all types of refrigeration units.
- Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
- Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
- Meet requirements for certifications.
Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic Position Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license (Bonus compensation for CDL holders)
- Must possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and be reliable.
- Must possess an excellent understanding of Carrier Refrigeration.
- Experience with other platforms such as Thermo King are a plus.
- Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: Hydraulics, Brakes & Suspension, Manual Transmissions and drive train, automatic transmissions.
