C-TEC of Licking County is hiring a STNA Instructor for the Postsecondary Center.
Job description- work through the direction of program coordinator and lead instructor, instructing the ODH State Tested Nurse Aid program. Duties include classroom instruction, skill demonstration, and clinical rotation. Applicant must be professional, have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications/Licensure- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of two years of work experience with the chronically ill or geriatric population (long term care, home health agency, or similar). Applicant must have the STNA Train the Trainer certification from the Ohio Department of Health or be willing to attend the class to obtain certification. Must be professional, have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others. Hours are flexible and, in most cases, can complement an existing work schedule. Daytime and evening hours both available.
