To succeed in this position, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, 2 years of experience in a similar role will be considered. Additionally, you'll have 5 years of experience as a Reliability Program Manager or equivalent, with a proven track record in team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem-solving, and client/customer relations.
