C&W Services, a leading provider of integrated maintenance solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations at this location.
This role will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination, and performance of all assigned maintenance and facility support activities. This includes safety program leadership, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy implementation/enforcement, budget preparation, and cost control. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in preventative and predictive maintenance of conveyor systems and a strong background in reliability maintenance principles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and direction of maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Development and implementation of maintenance processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Management of budgets and resources to achieve financial targets
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management, with experience in supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Reliability experience is strongly preferred.
