Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and systems.
- Oversee the leadership, direction, coordination, and performance of all assigned maintenance and facility support activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and customer policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management, with experience in supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
