The Timekeeping Coordinator provides central administrative timekeeping support to teams of industrial front-line employees and their leaders. This subject matter expert will have a deep understanding of the organizational timekeeping system, policies, and procedures. This role is meant to assist and enable field leaders to better manage timekeeping according to compliance standards with a world-class customer service approach to support.Job Description
- Function as a timekeeping system “superuser” for several different client accounts
- Run daily reports to capture errors affecting accurate payroll
- Submit regular reporting on errors to field leadership based on supervisor direction
- Escalate errors to senior Operations leaders
- Weekly PTO reconciliation before close of payroll period
- Audit and enforce schedules in the timekeeping system for compliance
- Manage incoming request volume through escalation paths and timely responses
- Develop working relationships with other support function owners, contributors, and field team members
- Capture process improvement opportunities and coordinate with leadership to develop scalable solutions
- Drive on tasks related to special projects that increase efficiency and lower costs
- Other tasks & duties as assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in business administration, or equivalent experience, preferred
- At least 3 years of administration or customer service/support
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel); Smartsheet, and JD Edwards a plus
- Experience with UKG Kronos.
- Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues
- Relationship building skills; must have a passion for helping people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Up to 10% travel annually
This job is remote and can be located anywhere in the central and mountain time zones.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $25.00 - $37.50
