Salary: 74,880-93,600 annual
Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-330p

- Must be able to work and direct personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, directing personnel in repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other power driven rotating equipment.
- Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards. Vacuum waste and spilled product, water blast clean machines and areas, and lance clean lines and pipes. Must be able to handle up to 10,000 psi water pressure flowing through the handheld cleaning equipment.
- Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
- Must have working knowledge of the following topics: industrial mechanical applications / machinery, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, machinery vibration, preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required. Promote C&W Services both internally and externally.
- Must demonstrate good judgment in approaching rulings.
- Act as a Liaison between Account Manager, Customers and other C&W Services locations on and off site.
- Prepare setup and coordinate training seminars and activities.
- May have to access work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and others as required) utilizing fall protection equipment when needed.

- Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED
- Experience: Must possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial setting
- Additional Skills: Good facilitator skills and strong computer skills. Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization. Ability to lead work within cross-functional teams. Water Blasting and Vacuum Truck and also Welding and Pipefitting.
