Sales Agronomist

C-W Valley Co-op is a diversified local agricultural company located in Comstock, Wolverton, and Rothsay, MN. C-W Valley seeks to bolster the output and profitability of our customers by keeping cooperative ownership local and making team-based decisions. Our services include grain handling and marketing, bulk fuel sales and delivery, crop consulting, crop protection product sales and application, bulk fertilizer sales and application, seed sales, and liquid fertilizer sales.

We are currently looking to add a Sales Agronomist to our Rothsay, MN location. Ideal candidates would have a passion for success, strong agronomic background, outgoing personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Expectations:

§ Develop and maintain relationships with C-W Valley’s customer base

§ Identify potential customers and develop marketing strategies to expand market share

§ Make input recommendations and sales based on solid agronomic practices and increase the grower-customer’s economic and agronomic benefit

§ Provide crop scouting, soil and tissue sampling, and other agronomic services to growers

§ Assist agronomy manager in reporting, inventory management, and other duties as assigned

§ Represent C-W Valley at industry events

§ Work alongside team members to ensure operational expectations are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,500.00 per year
