Senior Group Benefits Account Executive
Property & Casualty Insurance
Will serve as the initial point of contact for large and highly valued group benefits clients. Responsible for all aspects of the client’s account including providing ongoing client service, claims data analysis and cost projection modeling.
Candidate will have 5 years of experience in one of the following areas : Health and Group Benefits Insurance, Benefits / Payroll Administration or Data Analytics. Must have a current Life & Health License. Possesses a strong technical aptitude working with spreadsheets and database files in order to provide data analytics, claims comparisons and cost projection modeling. Strong technical aptitude working with spreadsheets and database files. Ability to use claims data to create cost projection modeling. Ability to develop fully-insured and COBRA equivalent rates for client claims data. Project management skills : excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving skills, close attention to detail, high aptitude for organization, task management and systems integration, high proficiency in Excel and data base systems management and experience in mid-larger market (50-1,000 lives).
