The Electrical Apprentice position is responsible for assisting electricians by performing duties such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. This position will assist in electrical procedures.

Required Qualifications/Experiences:
- Knowledge of electrical materials, methods and tools involved in the construction and repair of houses, buildings and other structures.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment and inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- OSHA10 Safety Certification.
- Other Safety Certifications required for specific tasks and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend daily safety briefings.
- Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
- Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Measure, cut and bend wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Strip insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers and attach wires to terminals for termination.
- Drill holes and pull or push wire through openings, using hand and power tools.
- Thread conduit ends, connect couplings and fabricate and secure conduit support brackets, using hand tools.
- Dig trenches or holes for installation of conduit or supports.
- Break up concrete to facilitate installation, construction or repair of equipment.
- Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Project Manager.

Physical Demands:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and/or sitting for long periods of time.
