The HVAC installation Apprentice position is responsible for helping the service technician installing heating and air systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Required Experiences:
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and basic computer skills.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Must be EPA certified.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily safety briefings.
- Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
- Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Professionally install all types of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial customer applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all types of HVAC equipment.
- Look for opportunities to upgrade our customers to newer and more efficient equipment.
- Always keep the safety of yourself and coworkers first.
- Must be available to work after hours when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
