Required Experience
- Master Plumber License
- OSHA10 Safety Certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated
- Must have excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Commercial driver’s license Class A with hydraulic air brakes
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be well-groomed, drug-free and able to pass a criminal check and physical
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend daily/weekly safety briefings.
- Maintain proper PPE to perform job duties.
- Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes.
- Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot and cold-water lines.
- Maintains and repairs general plumbing components to include toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs and drains.
- Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs steam, water, and gas distribution systems.
- Repairs and replaces pneumatic steam valves, radiator vales, traps, and steam condensate pipes.
- Install of new plumbing fixtures.
- Create and install plumbing systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial and residential plumbing.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
- Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
- Other Duties as required or assigned by leadership team.
