What Can You Expect: Scheduling Coordinates staffing schedules and may fill in as needed in various positions. Develop Develops menus, recipes and concepts for retail, catering, and patient menus, as required. Policies Ensures all policies, procedures, regulations and standards are in place and updated as required. Resolves Concerns Investigates, evaluates and resolves concerns of those we are privileged to serve. Appropriate Levels Maintains appropriate levels of food/supplies/equipment/food prep/cash handling/stocking for one or more areas, as required. Cleaning & Maintenance Oversees the cleaning and sanitation for areas of responsibility. People Management Activities Provides innovative and consistent vision to lead the staff and department toward the future of support services. Administrative Supervises and completes all required data and records for the department, which include one or more areas including expenses, departmental reporting, statistics, and inventory and supply/resource management. Performance Management Supervises direct reports and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.
