WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Complete performance evaluations in a timely manner according to departments guidelines. Perform specific department competencies and ensure is accountable for annual hospital competencies. Keep adequate records for discipline and perform competency evaluations for effective coaching. Ensure staff is held accountable for hospital learning requirements and that policies and procedures are followed and review when necessary. Run daily reports to track unsigned studies, daily charges and study turnaround times. Operate equipment for imaging and anything related on various areas of the body in order to provide high quality images and information for patient diagnosis. Provide adequate patient education for procedure and protocol preparation. Provide communication between hospitals and other departments to keep standards high during interdepartmental business. Assists in annual budget preparation and monitors expenditures to ensure achievement of budget projections. Develops programs to meet requirements and support ACR, ACHC, ISDHaccreditations as required. Qualifications Required Associate's Degree Required Certificate MRI Preferred Bachelor's Degree 3 years MRI Required Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) - .
