WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Analyzes registry data on the trauma patient population; identifying trends for performance improvement. Coordinate preparation for trauma designation site visit. Maintains the trauma-specific database. Monitors and maintains compliance with statewide trauma system regulatory requirements. Monitors data quality and performs data validation on a routine basis, adhering to regulatory body definitions and guidelines. Monitors trauma patient outcomes and evaluates for trends. Participate in Statewide and Regional trauma meetings, in person or virtually. Performs the abstraction of medical records for data elements.
