WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT PAP Coordinator coordinates patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies, non-profit groups, or governments entities for uninsured and underinsured patients. PAP Records Management Documents and maintains patient assistance program electronic records and intervention log. Prepares program activity reports and presents to management as required. Compliance Maintains all the required documents for patient assistance program compliance requirements and audits. PAP Program Knowledge Maintains current knowledge and understanding of patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies, non-profit groups, or governments entities and their associated eligibility requirements, benefits, and application process. Researches emerging patient assistance programs to determine suitability and applicability for Franciscan patients and communities. Staff and Patient Education Provides education and training to patients, healthcare providers and staff on patient assistance programs including available programs, benefits, eligibility requirements, application process and use of drug discount cards.
